Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but in order to provide the best service to all our valued clients, we kindly request a 72-hour notice for appointment rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waitlist. Please note the following terms: **I’m currently ONLY taking clients with no previous work!! Deposit* 1. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, but will go towards the total investment! We allocate this deposit to secure your appointment slot and ensure we are ready to provide you with exceptional service. 2. Deposit is non transferable! 3. Only ONE reschedule will be permitted! 4. Deposit will be valid for up to 3 months. Please book accordingly! If you’re unable to come in due to medical reasons, please contact us! Cancellations* If you cancel at any time, your deposit will be forfeited! The 72hr window is for rescheduling ONLY!! No Show* You will be charged for the remaining balance! If you want to book an appointment with us again, you will have to pay FULL procedure fee upfront!!
